I think the best time to practice is if you do it at the same time each day. I know a lot of us don't have time for this but maybe it could be the same each week? by this I mean "Monday when I get home from school", Tuesday after soccer, Wed after dinner, Thur. Morning? Friday after homework Sat morning or something like this. If you think of how many hours you practice sports 6 hours a week? then it should'nt be that hard to find 2 hours a week right? Happy practicing

A little is better then none!

Even if you only have 15 mins to practice its better then none at all. You don't need a huge block of time. Research shows if we practice for 10 mins a day it is better then practiing 1 hour the day of your lesson. Happy practicing:/

Anyone that has ever taken a private lesson with me will tell you I say AlWAYS count outloud. It is the key! Without counting there is no structure to music it is just a bunch of notes on a page. Happy Practicing! ♫
